Grant Program: Helping Outreach Programs Expand (HOPE) Grant Program: This grant program provides $5,000 in funding to grassroots community based and faith-based victim service organizations and coalitions to improve outreach and services to crime victims. Provides funding to programs which are not VOCA funded. National Crime Victims Rights Week Community Awareness Project Funding: This program provides support to victim service coalitions to conduct outreach and public education events during National Crime Victims' Rights Week (April).
