More than 32,000 laws and 10,000 victim assistance programs exist in America today, yet much remains to be done. A Federal constitutional amendment for victims' rights is currently pending in Congress. We must raise our collective voices and demand justice for all victims. Only then will these words from our Nation's founders ring true: Freedom..Justice. Equality.
