The Office for Victims of Crime

...is committed to enhancing the Nation's capacity to assist crime victims and to
providing leadership in changing attitudes, policies, and practices to
promote justice and healing for all victims of crime.

Five Global Challenges From the Field

o To enact and enforce consistent, fundamental rights for crime victims
o To provide crime victims with access to comprehensive, quality services
o To integrate crime victims' issues into all levels of the Nation's educational
system
o To support, improve, and replicate promising practices in victims' rights and
